Panel of Planners Series Strengthens REALTOR®–Municipal Collaboration Across the Region

November 6, 2025, ONTARIO - Thank you to everyone who joined us at our recent Panel of Planners events in Midland (October 30), Collingwood (November 4), and Bracebridge (November 6).
Planners from more than 12 municipalities shared valuable updates on housing, growth, and development within their communities. REALTORS® came prepared with thoughtful questions, generating meaningful dialogue and valuable insight into local planning priorities.
These sessions provided an important opportunity for members to hear directly from municipal planning professionals about the policies and initiatives shaping housing and development. They also gave REALTORS® the chance to share real-world perspectives from the front lines of the market, strengthening mutual understanding and collaboration.
Events like these help members stay informed about evolving community plans, anticipate upcoming development opportunities, and better serve clients who rely on accurate, up-to-date information.
