In addition to advocacy efforts that push for smart, sustainable housing policy, Our Members contribute $150,000 annually toward attainable housing projects throughout our region. These initiatives range from direct homebuilding sponsorships to partnerships with housing-focused non-profits.

OUR MEMBERS MAKE AN IMPACT
We're bridging the gap between education, employment and housing.
Created and supported by OnePoint's local REALTOR® members and delivered in partnership with Habitat for Humanity and the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), Foundations for the Future is a $146,000 annual investment connecting education, economic stability, and housing security across nine regions in Ontario.
Through full-day, hands-on building and trades experiences, and over 50 scholarships awarded to graduating Ontario secondary school students, we're creating homes and providing youth with valuable exposure to the skilled trades and related career pathways to build resilient communities now and for the future.
