ONTARIO, CANADA, August 14, 2026 — Members at OnePoint Association of REALTORS® (OnePoint) go beyond selling and buying homes. When communities need it most, they come together to provide their support. Collectively, OnePoint Members are proud to contribute $1,000 to each of the Canadian Red Cross flood relief appeals supporting the communities of Manitoba and Ottawa, for a total contribution of $2,000. An additional $1000 donation match by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) will be made in support of the Manitoba flood relief efforts.

These donations are made possible through OnePoint’s Tragic Relief Fund, which provides financial support to Canadian charities responding to environmental, health, humanitarian, and natural disaster events.

Flooding has caused significant disruption and damage in communities across Manitoba and Ottawa. Residents are faced with damaged homes, washed-out roads, and other challenges as they begin to recover from the floods. The Canadian Red Cross is working to assist those impacted by the flooding, along with community preparedness and risk reduction for future all-hazard disaster events.

“Contributions like these are possible because of the incredible commitment of OnePoint’s nearly 3,000 REALTOR® Members," said Jennifer Morley, President of OnePoint Association of REALTORS®. “When we come together, our collective impact reaches far beyond the work we do in real estate.” Jennifer is also challenging other boards and associations across Canada to consider supporting these important relief efforts. “Imagine the impact if each contributed to these appeals - the REALTOR® community can make a significant difference,” said Jennifer.

OnePoint REALTOR® Members continue to demonstrate that they’re more than real estate salespeople. They are professionals and neighbours who show up for communities and make a difference when it matters most.
