MITCHELL, ON, July 16 - REALTORS® from across our region gathered at Mitchell Golf & Country Club for another unforgettable day of camaraderie, creativity, and community — rain or shine.
Though a light drizzle lingered over the course, it did little to dampen the energy of our members. From the moment players checked in and received their swag bags — complete with a sleeve of MPAC-donated golf balls — the tone was set for a day built on fun, connection, and REALTOR® pride.
After grabbing a delicious burger lunch and heading out for a relaxed 9-hole round, it quickly became clear that the Mitchell event wasn’t just about golf — it was about showing up, standing out, and celebrating together. OnePoint members brought their A-game in more ways than one. From bright coordinated outfits to fully decked-out golf carts, the creativity was unmatched. The Best Dressed team turned heads, while not one but two teams tied for Best Decorated Cart, proving that REALTOR® style is always in full swing.
Following the round, members returned to the clubhouse to warm up and enjoy a hot buffet dinner. But more importantly, they had the chance to connect. Members mingled across brokerages, shared stories, and laughed over course highlights — moments that don’t often happen in a profession where many work independently, focused on their own transactions.
At OnePoint, we believe these connections matter deeply. When REALTORS® come together outside of deals and deadlines, we build something stronger than individual success — we build trust, insight, and community that ultimately benefits the clients we serve.
Events like the Mitchell tournament are a rare and important opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, reconnect across the profession, and remind ourselves that we’re all part of something bigger. The past few years have shown how easy it is to become isolated — but days like this remind us how powerful we are when we come together.
The afternoon wrapped with well-deserved recognition for contest winners, a few lucky prize draws — and one thrilled member heading home with a brand-new Chilly Moose cooler.
To all who participated, thank you. Your energy, creativity, and positivity made this another event to remember. OnePoint is proud to bring our REALTOR® community together, and we can’t wait to do it again soon.
