From Cheers to Connections - Guelph Pub Social Kicks Off with Cold Pints and REALTOR® Camaraderie

GUELPH, ON, July 24, 2025 - This summer, OnePoint is raising a glass to the power of community — and we couldn’t have asked for a better kickoff than our first pub social at Fixed Gear Brewing in Guelph.

On a warm July afternoon, nearly 30 OnePoint members joined us for a laid-back gathering full of laughter, conversation, and, of course, excellent craft beer and gourmet oven-fired pizza. While the heat nudged us indoors, the vibe stayed easy and inviting. With cold drinks in hand and AC on full blast, members made the most of the afternoon in Fixed Gear’s welcoming and casual atmosphere.

But more than just a social, this event reminded us why these moments matter. In an industry where professionals are often spread out across towns, brokerages, and client schedules, it’s rare to find time to simply be together — no agenda, no pressure, just connection.

We saw members from across Guelph drop in to catch up, share stories, and unwind — many meeting in person for the first time, others reconnecting after months apart. And that’s the beauty of our Summer Social Series: these gatherings may be casual, but the value they bring is serious.
