June 26th, 2024 - The OnePoint Transition Committee consisting of: Christianne Child, Kirsty Coles, Loretta Emonts, Dillon Fraser, Bonnie Looby, Jen Morely, Doug Pool, Mike Scholte and Mike Stahls held their initial meeting today to start the process of setting up our new Association. A big thank you goes out to these dedicated volunteers who will formally take over as the new Board of Directors for OnePoint on October 1st, 2024.
As part of our commitment to provide Members with transparent and timely communications and to keep them informed about upcoming changes to their Association membership, we will be publishing summaries of these meetings over the coming months as we near the integration of our great Associations.

MLS® Services

Please note that the MLS® System transition is separate from the integration of the three Associations. The October 1st integration date applies to the amalgamation, while the MLS® transition from ITSO to PropTx will be rolled out on its own schedule which is currently being determined.
We will be sure to keep you updated on any additional details regarding the MLS® Transition as things progress and more is known regarding cutover dates, etc.

Huron Perth Association of REALTORS®
On June 4, 2024 the Board of Directors at the Huron Perth Association of REALTORS® announced that they will be taking the motion to their membership to approve integrating with the OnePoint Association of REALTORS® on October 1, 2024 alongside the existing three Associations that will form OnePoint. A special general meeting will be held for HPAR members on August 7th, 2024 to vote on the amalgamation.
