Our Story
On October 1, 2024, four real estate boards:
Guelph & District Association of REALTORS®, Huron Perth Association of REALTORS®, Lakelands Association of REALTORS®, and REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound officially integrated to become the OnePoint Association of REALTORS®.
The new Association serves as a unified body representing almost 3,000 real estate professionals across the regions of Huron, Perth, Grey, Bruce, Wellington, Georgian Bay, Simcoe, Parry Sound, Haliburton and Muskoka.
What We Do
We support our REALTOR® members by providing them with the tools, resources, and education to conduct their business with professionalism. Some of these tools are the forms to instigate and complete a real estate transaction, the information system that populates what the public knows as REALTOR.ca.
OnePoint Association of REALTORS® also advocates for the communities our members thrive in, through outreach and financial donations to shelter-based charities through the Ontario REALTORS Care® program. Each year we distribute funding to help these local organizations continue to support residents in the communities they serve. In addition to social advocacy, we work hard alongside our local, provincial, and federal governments to make sure that the dream of property ownership is fair and equitable.
